The Act is already law: four procedures, a responsible person, and being able to show your preparations. The Home Office published its statutory guidance on complying in April 2026, more detail is still landing (the regulator's own guidance and the notification process are expected before commencement), and everything worth doing today (procedures tailored to your site, staff who know them, drills, a record) is needed under all of it. When the detail lands, SchoolProof updates the questions for you: your audit re-checks only what changed, your answers carry forward, and it's included in the price you locked. We track SIA, Home Office and DfE publications so your school doesn't have to. Schools that start now will have years of evidence by the time anyone asks; waiting just means starting from scratch later, in a hurry.

Founding-school pricing for our first 50 schools (or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first). The founding price is locked: for as long as you stay subscribed it never increases, and every improvement to the Martyn's Law platform is included.
